Сдаю 2-х комн. квартиру в центре города, ост. Театральная / до моря 15 минут медленным шагом/ - не менее чем на 5 суток.
При бронировании залог сохранности имущества - 10000₽, возвращается при выезде.
Спальня - 2-х спальная кровать, прикроватные тумбочки, комод, ТВ, кондиционер, отсутствует верхний свет, только прикроватный и настенный
На лоджии 1-спальная кровать;
Гостиная- диван- кровать, кресла, шкаф-купе, ТВ, кондиционер;
Вай-фай, холодильник, эл, чайник, СВЧ, газовая плита, стиральная машинка, фен, постельное бельё и полотенца.
Стоимость зависит от дат и количества гостей

Advantages:

Находится в самом центре, рядом пляж отеля Жемчужина, вход на который бесплатный (аренда шезлонга 700р. В день). Чистая, удобная для проживания квартира. Не хватило только одеял (укрывались простынями и пледами, ночью иногда было прохладно).
