На закрытой территории дома размещены парковка и детская площадка. На первом этаже комплекса находится супермаркет "Перекресток", кофейня, ОЗОН, СДЭК, барбершоп. Через дорогу "Пятерочка", хозтовары, "Красное и Белое", "Фермерская лавка" и огромное количество других магазинов, купить можно все что угодно. Остановка автобусов в 100 метрах от дома. До ЖД вокзала Адлера 15 минут пешком. От туда на "Ласточке" можно добраться в Красную поляну, Олимпийский парк, Сочи. До моря идти 20 минут по ровной пешеходной тропе.
Квартира сдается от трех дней.
При заселении оформляется договор и вносится депозит 5000 рублей. При выселении депозит возвращается.
