Сдаётся отдельный домик в коттедже, со всеми удобствами. В домике есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Может уместится семья, 2взрослых +2 детей. До моря 15-20 минут пешком неспешным шагом. Можно проехать и на автобусе. Остановка общественного транспорта находится в 5 минутах ходьбы. До центра города 15 минут на маршрутке если нет пробок, или 5 минут на такси. Во дворе есть мангал, беседка, зелено, всё в цветах. Территория дома закрыта и находится под видеонаблюдением, поэтому можно не беспокоится за детей.
