Advantages:

Чистая квартира, адекватные хозяева. Тихий район, рядом есть магазины. До моря 15-20 минут пешком.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие нормальных кроватей (диваны). По факту - это маленькая однушка с диваном на кухне. В июле цена не соответствовала ожиданиям
