Все места развлечения и отдыха в шаговой доступности. До морского побережья 12 мин. Пешком. Супермаркет перекрёсток, магнит, спортивный комплекс-7мин. Пешком. В квартире свой газовый котёл, поэтому всегда тепло и горячая вода без перебоев. При заселении берётся депозит 2т. Руб., за сохранность имущества и за влажную уборку квартиры при выезде. Если гость убирает сам и всё в порядке, депозит возвращается. Оплата при заселении только наличными.

Advantages:

Небольшой, чистый и уютный номер со всем необходимым, на 4-м этаже, имеется лифт. Приятные хозяева. Просторный открытый балкон с некоторым видом на море и горы. Удачное расположение, микрорайон Светлана, недалеко от дендрария, до пляжа пешком 10-15 мин., до магазина «Перекрёсток» не больше 5, рядом КиБ. В целом хороший номер, рекомендую.

Disadvantages:

Есть небольшой участок с довольно крутым подъемом и путём вдоль дороги, но довольно быстро привыкаешь.
