В самом центре Сочи, рядом с парком и пляжем Ривьера, улица Роз: уютная квартира со всем необходимым в частном доме. Свой вход и свой отдельный двор. Всё в шаговой доступности! Новый матрас, новая мебель и ремонт. Спальные места: двуспальная кровать + 2 раскладных кресла.
Вид из окон во дворы, красивого вида, к сожалению, нет.
Рядом хорошая столовая, парк Ривьера, прогулочная Навагинская, до ж/д вокзала 15 минут ходьбы, откуда вы с лёгкостью доедете до Олимпийского парка или Красной Поляны.
Размещение до 4 человек.
Заселение после 14, выселение до 12 часов. Ранние поздние заезды возможны хоть ночью, но по дополнительной договоренности и оплате.

Advantages:

Очень понравилось расположение: самый центр, море рядом. Так же из плюсов свой двор с качелью, сама квартира очень чистая и тихая, для отдыха идеально, мебель вся новая. Заселение и выселение прошло без проблем, залог вернули. Для отдыха рекомендую. Подойдет и людям с детьми, тк 1 этаж удобно и есть место для колясок во дворе. Рядом много столовых и кафе на любой бюджет. Парк ривьера в шаговой доступности и красивая прогулочная Навагинская, обязательно приеду ещё!
