Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Милая, чистая, уютная, тихая. В наличии вся техника, можно готовить самим. Рядом магазины - фермерский и продуктовый местный, чуть ниже Перекресток. Вид из окна - на парк. Хозяйка вежливая, профессиональная, заселила раньше времени. Отдых на крыше заслуживает отдельных слов, там чудесно! Бассейны, растения, зоны отдыха, спортивные, детские площадки. Внизу на закрытой территории фонтан, много зелени, детская площадка, зоны отдыха. Кому-то может не понравиться подъем к дому, но нам было нормально.
