В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин и овощной ларек. Неподалёку находится супермаркет Пятёрочка, а чуть дальше Магнит и Перекрёсток. До Парка Дендрарий можно пройти пешком. Все пляжи, находившиеся рядом, благоустроены, чисты и аккуратны.
