Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фото, чисто, есть закрытая парковка, для нас это важно. И кондиционер достаточно мощный, хватает на все 3 комнаты. Практически всё необходимое в квартире имеется. Ремонт не очень свежий.

Advantages:

Проживание понравилось, всё необходимое есть, посуда, кухонные принадлежности, полотенца, постельное белье, всё чистое. Расположение тоже хорошее, понравился вид из окна. Отлично, что есть парковка, с такими узкими улицами это был очень положительный момент! Продуктовые магазины рядом.

Disadvantages:

Сняла одну звезду за чистоту из-за душевой, её нужно хорошенько залить средством посильнее и отмыть щеткой))
