Advantages:

Расположение шикарное, море и пляж рядом, 3х минуты ходьбы. Вся необходимая инфраструктура имеется в жк. Станция жд мамайка, также в 3х минутах ходьбы. Заселили раньше, без проблем, так как мы приехали быстрее, чем планировали. В квартире есть всё, для комфортного проживания. Однозначно рекомендую!
