Advantages:

Большие просторные номера, новая мебель, зимой в номере тепло, до моря всего одна минута, своя беседка.

Disadvantages:

Далеко от Сочи. Редко электрички в Сочи — 2 раза в день. Хотелось бы уборку в номере почаще.
