Кухня укомплектована : кухонный гарнитур, большой холодильник, Smart TV, варочная поверхность, духовой шкаф с функцией СВЧ-печи, посудомоечная машина, много посуды, турка для варки ! В каждой комнате есть сплит-система, высокоскоростной Wi-fi, водонагреватель.

По предварительному запросу можем предоставить: детскую кроватку, коляску, горшок и стульчик для кормления - бесплатно.

Квартира расположена в живописном месте! С окна 9 этажа открывается шикарнеший вид на Кавказкий хребет .

Рядом с комплексом находится Абхазкий рынок, так же в шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины. До моря пешком 30-40 минут, можно конечно и за 20 до бежать) но пишу реальное время, либо такси 150-250 руб или автобусная остановка у комплекса.

Пряжи Сириуса самые чистые , это самое чистое море , так как нет сточных вод. Самая продолжительная и красивая набережная, огромное количество достопримечательностей: Поющие фонтаны, Орнитологиский парк (бесплатный и по поти к морю), Парк Южных культур... О всех мероприятиях рассказываю при заезде)

Все подъезды оснащены пандусами и грузовыми лифтами , что делает комфортным проживание с детьми и людей с ограниченными возможностями.
