Advantages:

Отдыхали в октябре. Местоположение удачное, в самом центре. В шаговой доступности ул. Навагинская, до моря минут 5-10, также рядом парк Ривьера. В номере было очень чисто, хороший ремонт, мебель неубитая. Спать было комфортно, удобный матрас и подушки. Т.к. это центр, то ночью иногда было шумно, но можно закрыть окно и тогда нормально. Есть балкон. Только вид на мусорку (может для кого-то критично). В общем, проживание было комфортным, прекрасные хозяева.
