Advantages:

Хорошая, уютная, светлая студия в новом доме. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Disadvantages:

Отсутствие "цивилизации" рядом. Чтобы доехать в центр, нужно идти несколько сотен метров в горку к остановке. Ближайший супермаркет в нескольких километрах, благо есть небольшой продуктовый в соседнем доме. Чтобы добраться до ближайшего пляжа нужно преодолеть тропу через жд пути, дырку в заборе, территорию санатория.
