Квартира укомплектована посудой, постельным бельём и полотенцами для всех гостей.

Комплекс находиться прямо у Swissotel, мы предоставляем доступ на пляж для своих гостей! А так-же бесплатная охраняемая парковка. На территории нашего комплекса есть детская площадка и не большой бассейн.

Расположение дома в 7 минутах от исторического центра Сочи, рядом есть кафе, ресторан и магазин, а так-же большой СПА комплекс!

Правила заселения:

- Заезд в 15:00, выезд до 12:00 (Возможно сдвинуть время, индивидуально)

- Страховой депозит 15000р - 30000р в зависимости от количества дней бронирования. Вноситься менеджеру при заселении и возвращается сразу при выезде, при условии что имущество целое.

- Проживание с домашними животными запрещено.
