Advantages:

Спасибо огромное Владимиру, квартира чистая, уютная, все соответствует описанию. До моря можно дойти пешком, минут 20. С моря уже сложнее, в горку тяжело столько идти. Автобусная остановка в 3 минутах, транспорт ходит часто.

Advantages:

Понравилась студия и всё, что в ней находится. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень понравился хозяин квартиры, прекрасный человек!

Disadvantages:

Недостатки если и есть, то совсем незначительные. Всё замечательно.
