Квартира находится в 15 минутах пешком от пляжа, до остановки 3 минуты пешком. Прямо напротив дома магнит, все в шаговой доступности. На 1 этаже частный детский сад.
Дом новый, ремонты соседи почти все сделали, шума строительных работ нет.
Сама квартира с хорошим ремонтом. Тёплые полы, новая мебель. Есть все необходимое для проживания: стиральная машинка, холодильник, микроволновка, мультиварка.
Я собственник, сдаю людям, кто готов поддерживать чистоту и порядок в квартире.
