В шаговой доступности двухэтажный магнит, развлекательный центр мандарин, олимпийские объекты. До пляжа 800 м по набережной реки мзымта. В квартире кухня. В каждой комнате кондиционер, телевизор. Есть стиральная машина, гладильная доска, утюг, фен. На кухне есть много посуды, кастрюли, сковородки, холодильник. Двор большой закрытый, можно ставить машину во дворе, даже газель. Есть зона барбекю, мангал, казан есть теннисный стол с ракетками. Рядом хорошие столовые, центральный продуктовый рынок, парк "южные культуры". Удобная транспортная развязка. До красной поляны 35 минут по новой дороге.
