Advantages:

Великолепный вариант с массой преимуществ. Квартира в самом центре, все в пешей доступности, при этом можно поставить машину, за 20 дней не было ни разу, чтобы я не нашел место для парковки. Дом бизнес класса, везде чистота и главное- тишина, были на новый год и было очень тихо, в итоге прекрасно отдохнули. В квартире современный ремонт, есть вся необходимая техника, посуда, постельное белье и т.д. Ольга, спасибо за гостеприимство и прекрасную квартиру.
