Удобное месторасположение. Недалеко до набережной. В квартире всё есть; утюг, доска гладильная, сушка для белья, кондиционер. Хозяйка хорошая. Заселили пораньше, выезд не задержали. Очень понравилось. Рекомендую

Advantages:

Очень удачное месторасположения квартиры, до моря идти одно удовольствие, театры магазины с доступными ценами, недорогая приличная столовая, все рядом. Квартира выглядит современно, оборудована всем необходимым для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Проблема с бесплатной авто парковкой.
