Дом расположен рядом с лесопарковой зоной. Прямо у дома остановка общественного транспорта (6 и 23 автобусы). Район великолепный — спокойный и в то же время близко до ж/д вокзала, морского порта и центральной набережной на машине или общественном транспорте. Поблизости супермаркет «Магнит», аптеки, магазин на территории ЖК, а также кофейня. На придомовой территории — места для парковки авто.

В квартире есть: холодильник, плита, стиральная машина, кондиционер. Посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца. Интернет Wi-Fi, ТВ. Полноценная 2-спальная кровать с хорошим матрасом и раскладной диван.

При заселении беру гарантийный залог, который возвращаю в день выезда.
