Сдаётся очень уютная, светлая двухкомнатная квартира с изолированными комнатами и большой кухней!
В квартире есть всё необходимое, вся бытовая техника, новое постельное бельё, полотенца и средства личной гигиены!
В спальне большая кровать, в комнате большой угловой раскладной диван с артопедическим
Матрасом.
Можно спокойно разместиться семье из 4- 5 человек. В каждой комнате большой телевизор- плазма.
В квартире два кондиционера.
Две больших гардеробных для удобного размещения вещей.
Из одной комнаты, открывается потрясающая панорама моря и города! Из других окон вид на зелёные деревья и растения! За окнами очень тихо, поют птицы!
Сама квартира расположена в одном из самых тихих и уютных районов города! До остановки общественного транспорта 3- 5 мин. Пешком. До центра города и пляжей от 10 мин. На транспорте. Радом с домом все виды магазинов (продукты, овощи, фрукты, шашлык).
Рады будем чистоплотным гостям, бережно относящимся в чужому имуществу!
Не принимает с маленькими детьми! (возраст оговаривается)
