Advantages:

Уютный "особнячок", для проживания все есть, очень удобная кровать с новым ортопедическим матрасом. Удачное месторасположение, все в пешей доступности море, пляж, морской порт, магазины. Отдельное спасибо риелтору светлане, пошла на встречу с более поздним выселением.

Disadvantages:

Кухня, конечно уставшая, но для временного проживания вполне можно обходиться.
