Advantages:

Очень чистая и уютная квартира. Хороший и современный ремонт. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин очень приветливый, все рассказал, показал и объяснил. В 10 метрах продуктовый магазин и кофейня с вкуснейшими завтраками/ланчами. Идеальна для недлительного пребывания, т. к. до моря пешком не дойдешь

Disadvantages:

Далековато от береговой линии. Цена вопроса ~350р на такси до пляжа в сезон.
