Прекрасное расположение, рядом вокзал и недалеко море. В шаговой доступности все достопримечательности. Очень приятные и отзывчивые хозяева. Конечно квартира требует ремонта, но учитывая расположение и цену меня всё устроило.

Advantages:

Расположение крайне удобное. За свои деньги для переночевать норм.

Disadvantages:

В доме на август 23 года проблема с канализацией, в подъезде соответсвующий запах. Крайне маленький туалет.

Advantages:

Хорошие хозяева, приятные в общении. Очень хорошее расположение квартиры, рядом и жд вокзал и центральный рынок. Рядом набережная, есть куда вечером сходить посидеть в кафе. Очень довольны отдыхом.
