Тихая, уютная квapтиpа (все окна во двор) в самом центре Сочи. Две изолированные комнаты и большая кухня с диваном . Два кондиционера. Безлимитный Wi-Fi, смарт ТВ. Во дворе закрытые детская и спортивные прощадки. Рядом ЖД и авто вокзалы, рынок, ТЦ Сан сити, «Перекрёсток», «Пятёрочка». До моря 15 минут по ровной тенистой живописной речной набережной. В квартире не курят, строго без питомцев. Заезд в 15 часов, выезд в 12 часов. Ранний заезд и поздний выезд по договоренности.
