Advantages:

Виды из окон и балкона просто шикарные! Магазины рядом. До аэропорта - десять минут на такси. Самолёты, при этом, шумом не мешают. Но главное - это вид на море, горы, зелень...

Disadvantages:

К сожалению, выйдя на улицу, просто погулять не получится - все близлежащие улицы узкие, кривые и с приличным перепадом высот. Хотя для тренировок это даже полезно ).
