Сдаю в районе Мацеста часть дома, полностью мебелирована, есть кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, санузел, ванная , кондиционер. Большой двор, парковочное место. Плодовые деревья, баня, бассейн.
Дорога до моря 25 мин по красивой набережной реки Мацеста, на Машине 7 минут. Рядом орлиные скалы, Агурские водопады. Ярмарка кубанских фермеров.
Дом расположен на возвышенности, пешком сложновато подниматься в гору, но если вы на Авто то проблем не возникает. Заезд в 14.00 выезд в 12.00
