Отзывчивый хозяин, встретил на остановке, помог поднять и спустить вещи при выселении. Хорошее место расположения. Набережная и транспорт в пешей доступности. Возле дома хорошие магазины и кафе. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Квартира на 5 этаже, дом без лифта.
