Очень уютная планировка и отличное расположение, все необходимое в шаговой доступности. Прямо в доме отличное кафе и кофейня, в 2 минутах круглосуточный супермаркет. Вид с балкона на верхний дендрарий, очень красиво и слышно павлинов)))
