Сдаётся студия в 200 метрах от моря. Рядом пять муниципальных пляжей. Очень хорошая инфраструктура: рядом несколько столовых, кафе, остановка общественного транспорта, остановка электрички во все концы города Сочи. Мы ценим своих гостей и всегда заселяем их в чисто убранные комнаты,
предоставляем чистое бельё и выдаём достаточное количество полотенец (в том числе и пляжные).
Заезд в 14 часов, выезд в 12 часов. Залог 5000, возвращается после отдачи ключей от квартиры.
