Очень хорошая инфраструктура: рядом несколько столовых, кафе, остановка общественного транспорта, остановка электрички во все концы города Сочи. Комната выходит на свой приусадебный участок, закрытый навесом. Можно выставить столик и проводить время на улице.
Заезд в 14 часов, выезд в 12 часов. Залог 5000, возвращается после отдачи ключей от квартиры.
Выезд и заезд в ночное время обговаривается отдельно.
