Advantages:

Море близко, но до пляжа надо ещё дойти. Домик оборудован всем необходимым. Рядом магазин. Приятный хозяин.

Disadvantages:

Спальные места — три дивана, хотелось бы хотя бы одну кровать вместо дивана. На втором этаже был вентилятор, но все равно было жарковато. Обеденный стол слегка шатается. Крыльцо не очень удобное. Видно, что жилье ещё в процессе строительства.
