Уютное тихое место с незабываемым видом на море и природный ландшафт. Спокойный отдых вдали от суеты в экологически чистом районе большого сочи. До моря 200 метров и 8 минут ходьбы до пляжа. Наш гостевой дом включает в себя 4 комнаты на двух этажах, каждая из которых имеет отдельный вход и отдельный санузел, душевую. В комфортных комнатах есть спутниковое tv, бесплатный wi-fi, кондиционер, холодильник, удобные диваны и кровати, вся необходимая мебель. Есть отдельная общая кухонная зона со всеми удобствами и посудой, холодильник, мангал и принадлежности, летний душ.
На территории гостевого дома большая бесплатная парковка, баня (платно). Готовые завтраки за отдельную плату.
Рядом находится железнодорожная станция волконская, откуда вы можете путешествовать по всему побережью. Магазины, кафе и столовые на соседней улице, в 10 минутах ходьбы от гостевого дома. В пешей доступности волконский дольмен и другие объекты сочинского национального парка.
