Advantages:

Квартира-студия на мой взгляд одна из лучших, где мы проживали. Современный ремонт, идеальная чистота, полностью укомплектована всем для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника, кондиционер, сушилка и гладильная доска... Прекрасный вид с балкона на город и море. Пляж Бытха чистый и с небольшим количеством народа. Недалеко терренкур для любителей пеших прогулок)))

Disadvantages:

Дорога от моря постоянно в горку. К морю идти 12 минут, обратно 25... В магазины приходилось ездить, но благо рядом две остановки. Но в этом районе везде так...
