Advantages:

Рядом с пляжем, но нужно перейти через переезд, пляж дикий (для кого-то это плюс, для кого-то минус)

Disadvantages:

Тараканы, не очень чисто, далёко от центра, в здании бывшего гостевого дома, шумно, не обратили внимания что нет вай-фая и телевизор показывает 5 каналов.
