Чистый уютный дом с видом на горы, расположен в микрорайоне бытха. Дом находится в тени, поэтому даже в жару в нём прохладно и комфортно. Есть мангальная зона, для приятного отдыха. В 2 минутах от дома остановка общественного транспорта, на нём можно легко доехать до пляжа.
Заселение после 14 часов, выезд до 12 часов. Залог за период проживания 5000, возвращаю после выселения в течении 3 часов.
