Апартаменты расположены в историческом районе г.Сочи. В нескольких минутах ходьбы находятся площадь Искусств, Художественный музей, Зимний Театр, Морской Порт, Органный зал и др. Дорога к морю займет около 5 минут по красивой улице с множеством кафе и ресторанов.

Для удобства гостей: по запросу платная охраняемая парковка на территории жилого комплекса, при проживании более 7 дней, бесплатно производится уборка, замена постельного белья и полотенец.
