Сдаю однокомнатную квартиру в самом центре сочи. Рядом центральный рынок, парк ривьера в 10 минутах хода. С аттракционами, океанариум, дельфинарий, пингвинарий. Самый лучший в городе большой современный пляж "ривьера " в 20 минутах хода от дома. И пляж "маяк" и морвокзал в 30 минутах хода от дома. Рядом множество кафе, столовых, магазинов, банков. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Ждём гостей строго без животных. В квартире не курят. Депозит 5000руб, который возвращается при отъезде после проверки квартиры. Ранний заезд и поздний выезд за дополнительную плату, если будет такая возможность.
