В спальне выход на балкон, есть кондиционер, большой телевизор, гардеробная, шторы блэкаут, высокий матрац и кровать с подъёмным механизмом.

На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, встроенная техника (плита, холодильник, духовой шкаф с функцией свч), кондиционер, большой телевизор, кушетка не раскладывается.

В коридоре гардеробная.

Автобусы ходят мимо дома очень часто, до центра города и пляжа «ривьера» 12 минут, через лес возле ж/к есть тропа к морю (чистый пляж). Рядом санаторий «салют» с большой бесплатной парковкой.

Проход на пляж санта барбара, через санаторий салют по парковой зоне.
Пляж бесплатный, оборудован, есть кафе.
