Advantages:

Красивый ЖК: днём выглядит дорого, а ночью сильно светится. Вежливая хозяйка - с ней приятно и комфортно иметь дело. Понравилось местоположение, ведь близко центр, море и развилки дорог, но одновременно и тихо (не слышно шума машин). Ремонт минималистичный и роскошный. Вид из окна на горы, а ночью на трассы, по которым постоянно ездят машины (можно наслаждаться видами)
