До моря и центральной набережной - 900 метров (5 минут на машине или 20 минут пешком). В непосредственной близости от дома находится автобусная остановка (автобусы ходят до центра сочи и пляжа), а также магазин магнит, аптека, столовая, продуктовая ярмарка, кафе.
