Advantages:

Хорошая просторная чистая квартира. Рядом есть пятёрочка и магнит. В 20 мин ходьбы ж/д вокзал с которого можно добраться на ласточке или автобусе в сочи парк и на красную поляну. Так же в 20-30 мин ходьбы тц море молл.

Disadvantages:

Дом расположен на горе. Имейте это ввиду если с вами дети или пожилые люди. Сложно подниматься в гору после насыщенного экскурсиями и прогулками дня.
