Advantages:

В квартире всё уютно и комфортно, как на фото. Рядом море, парк, магазины, кафе, даже остановка автобуса.

Disadvantages:

Единственное, что очень шумно от проходящей за домом трассы. На кухне это просто самое сильное месте, тяжело было там находиться. Окна вообще не откроешь из за шума.
