В квартире кухня - гостинная, 2 спальни( взрослая и детская) в детской спальне - две детские кровати ), санузел совмещенный, 2 балкона. Квартира чистая, светлая. Имеется детская площадка во дворе.
Количество гостей обговаривается.

В пешей доступности пляж "Парус", пляж "Бытха". Спа центр "Парус"
До моря идти 10-15 мин.
Остановка автобуса рядом, до центра (центр. Набережная, Морвокзал и тд) 10 мин
Также имеются магазины магнит, пятерочка, рынок. Рядом хинкальная, чебуречная.
Напротив дома минимаркет, пивбар.
Залог 10. 000р возвратный в случае соблюдения договора после уборки квартиры (соблюдения чистоты или поломка техники вычитается из суммы залога.
