Advantages:

Заселение вовремя

Disadvantages:

Жили в другой квартире, фото не соответствует. 8 этаж, лифта нет, кондиционер не работал вообще, солнечная сторона, умереть можно от температуры в квартире. Из 3 дней проживания электричества не было 2 дня с 12-19 примерно.

Advantages:

Квартира такая как на фото. Чистая, просторная, уютная. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Есть кондиционер что в такой жаре является очень большим плюсом. Утюг, фен, полотенца. Отзывчивый хозяин.
