Уважаемые гости!
Предлагаю для приятного отдыха просторную, чистую, по-домашнему уютную, 2-комнатную квартиру, 97,7 м2 и высотой потолка 3 метра, с отдельной большой кухней. Все комнаты изолированы. В квартире имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: мебель из натурального дерева( производство Италия) и бытовая техника, кондиционеры в комнатах и в кухне. В спальне большая кровать с ортопедическим матрасом. Проведён скоростной интернет( Wi fi - роутер). На всех окнах установлены москитные сетки и плотные жалюзи. Две застеклённые лоджии.
До моря 15–20 минут пешком, пляж «Куба».
В квартире запрещено курить!

Разрешено курить на общем открытом балконе,на нашем втором этаже.
