Advantages:

Просторный дом для большой семьи или компании. Рядом магнит, магнит косметик и др магазины. Останавливались в январе и близость моря была не принципиальна. Летом по жаре подниматься от пляжа по лестнице и в горку наверно напряжно.

Disadvantages:

При включении нескольких электроприборов отрубалось электричество. Требовалась перезагрузка прибора учёта с помощью пульта
