Внутри сделан дорогой дизайнерский ремонт, установлена качественная мебель и техника ведущих европейских производителей. Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника (электроплита, духовка, посудомоечная машина, холодильник, электрический чайник).

Территория полностью находится под видеонаблюдением и постоянной охраной со всех сторон.

При заезде Арендатор оплачивает полную стоимость проживания. Депозит для обеспечения сохранности имущества (утрата, порча). Если все нормально, при выезде страховой депозит (залог) 50т.р. возвращается Арендатору после уборки и проверки на карту.
*Дополнительно оплачивается финальная уборка +5000р к стоимости проживания
