Район зелёный, отсутствует старый жил. Фонд. Очень удобная локация, в 10 мин. От центра и 30 мин. От олимпийского парка. Ездит такси, автобусы, жд ласточка (в 5 мин. ), по которой можно доехать и до Красной поляны.
