Просторная квартира, 2 изолированные комнаты и кухня гостиная с большим диваном, который раскладывается в 2-х местное спальное место 170/220. В квартире 2 с/у. Высокий первый этаж, на уровне 2 го, одно окно выходит на зеленую полянку и у окна есть столик, где можно с бокалом шампанского наслаждаться шикарным видом на горы! Если подняться на лифте на 19 эт вы попадете на "смотровую площадку" откуда видна вся панорама Сочи и в новогоднюю ночь сможете увидеть все салюты города ( маяк, мор вокзал, центральная набережная южного мола и тд. ). В квартире есть вся техника. Проживание с животными возможно ( при порче мебели удерживается из залога), машиноместо на подземной парковке для гостей за отдельную плату.
